Let me clear this up the compiler is part of the FPS-Creator system and not a genuine .exe. So what u see in the test is what the SYSTEM sees, not what you see. Lights in the compiler are rubbish; however, in the build game they are 1000% better textures often depreciate rather then appreciate like the lights. You find this knowledge even more critical in programming (HTML for example can be a bugger).

I noticed this especially with lighting there is little that can be done about this you have to consider that testing the game is in essence just a 3D compiler, the .exe has not been saved so true quality will not be seen.

hey um, when I Build my game and go and play it. The texture quality ends up very bad and the sound ends up really wierd. Do you know any reason why? I have all the components you need for good graphics and sound. It has nothin to do with my comp setup.

If you need any help, ask me. I used to work as a critic of games on the last website. I've tried anything from FPSRPGs to FPSs is the truest of true horror genre. So just message me and also I advise trying or buying Timesplitters (probably 1 because it looks so basic, and it is so easy to create those levels in FPSC compared to say Timesplitters 3)

you should make a training area, or i guess i can post under puzzle cuzz i plan to make a 6 map training game, that teach people and train people in all aspects of first person shooters just for the hell of it haha waiting for tax refund first gonna build a custom top of the line gaming computer ^^ right now i am on a crap comp i re-built found in the dumpster so its not exactly a gaming computer lol got screenshots if ppl wanna see but i don't want to post in the shoutbox till i know it is ok to post images ^^

Depends on how large the file is. Your upload speed in most cases is not as fast as your download, it isn't the sites fault on length rather how quick your upload speed is.
